To provide a very simple fee structure as simple as possible so that you know what a transaction will cost you.
We include 14% VAT in all our fees so what you see is what you pay.
Transactions within IMPay
When you transaction are within IMPay (to pay IMPay Traders) we process your transaction immediately and because we control the process we provide you most services for R1.50 or less (incl. 14% VAT).

Transactions between IMPay and other Service Providers
When you transactions are between IMPay and our Service Providers listed below we have to work within their existing fee structures so we can not control the way the fees are calculated and the time required for the transaction to take place.
