IMPay requires you to register before your account is created. During the registration process you will need to create a secret IMPay PIN.

Whenever you access your IMPay account you will need to enter your secret IMPay PIN from the Mobile Phone Number you used register. Your secret PIN must never be given to anybody and must never be sent over IM. Your secret PIN must only be entered when requested by the IMPay USSD login manager.

Should you lose your Mobile Phone you should lock your IMPay account by calling 08611 46729  or sending an email to support@IMPay.co.za.
