IMPay requires you to register before your account is created. During that process you choose a secret IMPay PIN.

Whenever you access your IMPay account you have to enter your PIN from the Mobile Phone Number you used to register for an IMPay account. Your secret PIN must never be given to anybody and must never be sent over IM. Your secret PIN must only be entered when requested by the IMPay USSD login manager.

Should you lose your Mobile Phone you can lock your IMPay account by calling 08611 46729 or sending an email to support at IMPay dot co dot za.
